Triathlon results
Hey there! I am so sorry I haven't blogged in forever. I have been so busy, and when I tried to write one last week, it turns out there was an error so it didn't post! AHH! Anyway, my triathlon went really well. I got like 35-36 minutes. The bike was the hardest. I was on a mountain bike and there was a big part going uphill. And the wind was blowing against us. It was pretty tough. The swim was the easiest of course. But on the transition, they made you walk to the place where your bikes were. All these kids that finished before me (they did the shorter one) were running to the grass and they slipped. So they made everyone slow down. The run was okay, but after a 4 mile bike, you're pretty tired. There was this little kid, from the Mexican team, (That had REALLY expensive bikes and stuff) and he was doing the shorter triathlon, but everyone was counting on him "beating" me. I could hear them yelling. I wanted to wait until I saw the finish line to start sprinting because I didn't know how far away it was. Well when that boy came up on my feet, I was like, Oh who cares where it is, HE IS NOT PASSING ME!, and then I just full out sprinted. Ha, I beat him. I really want to thank my dad for all this. He put a lot of time into it, and that's special to me. Thanks, Dad.Thanks for reading!
