Virus!

Uh oh! This is a heads-up for all you Facebookers! Facebook, as most of you know, is the number one social networking site. Facebook is also, my favorite website of all time :). A virus is going around on Facebook, so watch out! Do not join any groups with similar names to this one: Change the color of your profile!
Learn how to type upside down!
Add music to your profile
Any other group or fan pages are okay, but these are not. These are how viruses get into your computer. They want you to do all this stupid stuff, and then it turns out, (as always) it doesn't work. If you have a Mac, you are safe, we are immune. If you have a PC or Dell, I would be careful and watch what you are joining and becoming a fan of. Also, remove friends who have the virus. Yes, it's not a fun thing to do, just explain what you're doing before you do it. One of my friends had a virus, and she kept sending me all these links to youtube and stuff. I asked my other friends that were also friends with her if they got them, and they said yes. I removed her, and she made a new Facebook, but that one was hacked and a virus entered it also. She removed herself completely from Facebook, and is only on Myspace.
If you get the virus, I would recommend doing what she did. Make a new page. If that also gets hacked, then you should join a different social networking site, but I would not recommend Myspace. Get AIM, or Skype, or Yahoo Messenger.
This is just a heads-up, there is no guarantee you will or will not get the virus! Hope this helps!

JO's!(:

Alrighty, so JO's was last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Let me tell you, it was a BLAST! One of the funnest meets I've been to! On Friday I dropped in my 200 free, and on Saturday our relay did pretty well. But lemme tell you, my individual race, not so much. I gained six seconds, and got dead last! Woooh! Hahaha. But Sunday, I was in the championship heat for both of my events, so I scratched the 100 free in the morning so I could sleep in. I got to go in the ready room and stretch and talk with my friends from other teams, and then we paraded out while they played "We Will Rock You". I practically got my same time in the 500, so that's pretty good. Our relay was ranked sixth, and we were hoping to place, but we got seventh. We still dropped though, which is always good! We did notice though, that the relay next to us, put either vaseline or oil on them. Their skin looked awfully shiny, so when I "accidentally" brushed by them, whatever they had on their skin went on mine! They cheated! I HATE CHEATERS. Whatever, if they have to cheat to win, they aren't winners. :) Overall it was a really fun and good meet.
Well that's all for now, thanks for reading!

Seniors!(:

Heyy! Sorry I haven't blogged in a while. Very busy. A lot of meets, huge projects, oh the life of a student!/:. Anyway, Thursday I headed up to Chicago for Seniors!! It was a blast! The first time ever, it was so much fun! Only five of us there, but it was Thursday and a lot of people didn't swim the long distance. I didn't taper for Seniors, I was tapering for JO's. So yeah, my time stayed the same. But overall the meet was very very very veryx10000000000 fun!(:.
Oh and lemme give you a quick update on regionals. I got a best time in everything except the last event of the whole weekend, the 200 free. Let's see. My friends and I had a blast. Lots of pictures. Some cool ones of us underwater too! I got to hang out with some people I don't get to see a whole lot. Oh and did I mention, I had a blast?!!! Here's what I got, places wise. 5th, 2nd, 2nd, 1st, 4th, 3rd, 6th, 4th, 1st. The only reason I know this is because I have my medals in my lap(:. All my friends did great! They all got on the podium at least once, and a couple of the times they won! It was great!! Well, thanks for reading, see ya later!

These are TOTALLY different things

Okay, so today's blog is going to be a little... random.(:
When you are texting someone and you ask, "what's up?", they might say how they feel, or maybe what they are doing. A lot of the time they say nothing. When you ask, "whatcha doing?" they answer completely differently. They tell you WHAT they are doing, and why. If you are asked either of these questions, make sure you answer them correctly. I ask people those questions while IMing or texting, and they give me the same answer as they did to the first question. (If i ask them what's up they say nothing, if I ask them whatcha doing, they say nothing.)
MAKE SURE you don't get these confused. This is one of my biggest "texting" pet peeves. I ask two completely different questions and get the same, dull answer.
Yeah, this blog was completely random, but I was texting someone and they gave me the same answers, so that made me think of a good blog to write(:.
Well today I'm going to see a movie with a bunch of my school friends! I'm really excited! I probably should go eat breakfast, and take a shower, so bye! Thanks for reading!

Indy!!

Over the weekend was Indy, which was a pretty good meet. I got a new zone cut in my 500 free, and dropped a lil' bit in m 100 back. I gained 5 seconds in my 200 IM, but for the other events I only gained half a second, at the most. So yeah, I pretty much just stayed the same, which I think is good. I had a lot of fun at the meet. I also love Indy, because I love the pool. At the hotel on Saturday night, I hung out with all my friends, except my little brother, Victoria (inside joke) because we couldn't find him. Since the lobby was under construction, we got to hang out in room 333, and we played an intense game of truth or dare. (If you were there, you know what I'm talking about;].) Anyway, it was a blast just hanging out with all my friends over the weekend, I can't wait for the next meet! If you are reading this, and you were at the meet, good job!! Oh and if you're reading this and you were playing truth or dare, then... remember when we all hid on top of the fridge so Jordan couldn't touch our nose? Good times... (don't ask). Well, that's pretty much all I have to say... I will just talk to ya later!!

Update/Lovely Bones

So here is a quick update before I tell you about Lovely Bones, the movie I REALLY want to see.
I had a meet over the weekend and I did GREAT! I finally broke a minute in my 100 free, and got the JO cut. I also got the JO cut in the 200 IM, and the senior cut in the mile! I am so happy! Anyway, enough about me, let's cut to the movie!
How many of you want to see the new movie Lovely Bones? I think it comes out tomorrow. Not sure though. I am going to BEG my mom to let me see it with some friends. It looks so good! It's about a 14 year old girl, who was raped and murdered. She has to try and come back for her parents who need her. Her father is trying to solve the murder too. It just looks so interesting! I saw the preview and right away I wanted to see it. Maybe I can see it on Monday. I'll convince my mommy. If any of you know me, I'm a good convincer. :D
Well, I am really craving a soda, so I think I'm gonna go! Thanks for reading!

Winter Break

For most people, winter break is practically over. There's not even a day left, and most kids are lounging around not looking forward for tomorrow. All the kids on the internet are commenting and "disliking" statuses on Facebook that mention school, or Tweeting about how they refuse to go back. I agree, I really do not want to go back. School is boring, and there is way too much work! I am really happy though, because the first week I go back, I don't even go a full week! I have to miss Friday for a swim-meet! Yay for me! Winter break was amazing for me though. My cousins from Texas came and visited on Tuesday, but they left yesterday. I went sledding a lot, it was a blast! Swimming was fun too. More time to spend with my friends from the pool! :]. I also had a GREAT Christmas. I got everything I wanted, and more! It was the best! Comment and tell me everything (or most) of what you got for Christmas, and how your winter-break was! Also tell me what some of your New Year's Resolutions are! I'm not sure about mine yet, but I should have them soon! Thanks for reading, and Happy New Year!

Horror Movie

So last week, a few of my friends and I made a horror movie. It was pretty funny, not very horrorish. Here's the whole movie, shortened, less details, you get the point =].
Us "teenagers" are coming home from a night of partying for our friend's (named Emily) birthday party. She walks into the garage, and when we are walking away we hear screaming, choking noises, and then a yelp. Two of our friends goes in to see what is going on and we hear those same noises. Then out of no where, Emily pops out, with blood on her face and a bloody jump rope around her neck, and says:
I've eaten your friends, and I will eat you too.
She starts to chase us and we quickly run, but I (state champion soccer play, Kristen) don't realize we are running and get a late start, and I am the next victim of the attack. After the last two girls get away, they run into the backyard and into the AppleSlice Cabin. One of the victims' head is in the window of the cabin, and then the IT (Emily) appears. Then the movie ends, and we have credits and a little explanation of what happened after the movie ended.
It was freezing cold outside, but it was a blast. We are making another one in the summer, called, The IT returns. I can't wait! Thanks for reading and STAY WARM!

Will we be ready?

My dad did some math, and gave me his results. Keep reading to find out.
Between now and the next meet (in January) we will have 40 practices at least 6500 yards each for a total of 260,000 yards. We will do around 10,000 turns, and 1,00 block starts. That is over 150 miles of swimming. We will burn 30,000 calories in the water. Will we be ready in January? You decide.
Our practices are intense, and we don't slack or skip, we shut up and swim. Try and mess around in our practices, our coach may let you, he says you only hurt yourself (as in getting slower, not actually spraining an ankle or anything). Wanna mess around during a long set? Go ahead, be my guest, I just can't wait to see your reaction at the next meet! I am pumped up for these doubles, during Christmas break. It will be tough, and I will probably eat so much my family will puke just from watching me, but whatever. =]. Anyway, I hope you have a good weekend, and thanks for reading! (Oh, and please comment, and give me your opinion on this! Will we be ready? Yes or no, why or why not? Thanks!)

Calories

Wow, I am so sorry I haven't blogged in SUCH a long time. Junior high is hard, and we have a lot of projects. Anyway, today's blog is about how many calories I ate in one day. This is about the size of food I eat in a day, so it's not like I just pigged out to make it look like I eat a lot. I wrote down everything I ate on a Saturday, and I got a lot of calories, which is good, because I need a lot to build muscle, since I burn at least 2400 every day. Here is what I had:
BREAKFAST: 2 Poptarts, 1 pkg mini muffins, 2 hard boiled eggs.
LUNCH and DINNER: 1 hotdog, 1 brownie, bag of puppy chow, 2 suckers, 2 hersey mini, turkey sub, 8 hard boiled eggs, 2 cups butter popcorn.
DRINKS: Cup of OJ, Cup of Gatorade, 2 Cokes, 1 water, 1 vanilla milk, 1 hydrive.
All together that equals 3550 calories. Isn't that kinda cool? I mean, where do I fit all this? I never feel stuffed either. The first time I felt stuffed in a long time was yesterday! Ha. Anyway, I've gotta go. Gotta get ready for swim practice! Thanks for reading, hope you have a great Black Friday! =]

Swim meet! :D

Today I had a swim meet! I went to practice this morning, then at around 1:00 I left for the meet. It was just me and this boy named Alex from my team, but I dropped 10 seconds in my 1000. My cap started to creep off at about 750, and by 900, it was off! My goggles then started to fill up with water, but I all out sprinted so I could finish. I had a killer cramp, but I dropped time and got the zone. I was really close to the record for my team, so I'm hoping to get that next time. I had a really fun time though. I got to see all my friends from the other teams, and hang out with them like I was part of their team. Lemme tell you, those girls and boys are pretty wild... you know exactly who you are :)
Anyway, I was glad I went. My friend, Jake, counted for me for most of it, and then Alex's mom took over because he was in the next heat with Alex. Yeah, for the long distance the heats went girls, boys, girls, boys. Fastest to slowest. I was in the first heat, which meant I was the fastest of the girls. Well, I am pretty exhausted, so I better get some sleep. I have Church tomorrow, then chilling out, then off to swim practice!

SPOOOK!

Sorry I haven't blogged lately. Really busy! By the way, I'm 12! Yep, I turned 12 last Saturday, the 17th!! Anyway, today was the last day of our annual meet, SPOOK! I got 100% best times, I am so happy! I had the best meet ever! Did I mention I had a blast? Well, I did! Guess what I was entered as in the meet? SPLASH! It was pretty funny. Anyway, I videotaped my friends' races, and chilled out with my other friends! Yesterday was probably the funniest day of my life! I swam, let's see, 11 events (9 if you don't count the relays). I swam the mile yesterday, and dropped two minutes! I'm going for the senior cut by the end of the year. I also got to see some of my best friends from other teams! Yes, if that is shocking to you, I DO have friends from other teams. Haha. I'm very tired though. It's been a long weekend. Right now, I'm watching AFV (America's Funniest Videos). It's pretty hilarious. Can you believe it? Halloween is almost here! I am going to be someone who was in a car crash, with my two of my four best friends! We are going shopping on Thursday to finish up the costumes. I'm so excited! Whoa, gotta go! I just realized how hungry I am! Thanks for reading!

Done with cross country, and swimming=intense

Sectionals for XC (Cross country) was on Saturday. I got my second fastest time, in the freezing cold!! It was really fun. I wanna say good job to my school, and all the XC runners! And also good job to my friend Jared, because he almost made it to state! Great job everyone! I had a blast in the season, and I'm glad I did it.
Today I had a test at swim practice, and it was pretty tough. I think I did pretty good though. Anywayy, for Jared (who I know is reading this), I am not corny! :D. Haha, but I love gold! Even though the boys can be a little, well, let's say weird, I enjoy it. This morning we had morning practice too, and it wasn't REAL hard, but it was kinda hard. Today was pretty hard because of the test, but other than that it was good. The test, lemme tell ya, was really hard! I got dizzy in the middle, but I was hungry. Haha, I'm always hungry, so like it makes a difference! Ugh, back to school tomorrow after a nice 4 day weekend. Oh well, I'll get over it. At least it's a short week!!Well, gotta go! Thanks for reading!

My first test!

Alright so when you read this title, you probably thought I was talking about a school test. Well no, I've already had about a billion of those. I'm talking about my first test, in swimming! We had to swim for 30 minutes straight (T30) and see how many yards we could get in. Let me tell you, it's not as easy as it sounds. I got 2400, and the person who got the most, (Matt) got 3050! It's REALLY hard and tiring. I took it out nice and quick, then kept a long pace, and then sped up on the last 5 minutes. I was wiped after that! I slept good that night, lemme tell you. Today was pretty tiring too. 7000 yards total! The chlorine was really strong today, so everyone was coughing like mad! My throat was burning, but I worked through it. After practice I chugged like my whole Propel. Our practices have been really hard, which isn't surprising I mean this is gold right? Oh and did you hear? The olympics isn't in Chicago! Some of you may be bummed, but I sure am happy. My chance at making it to the olympics would be in 2016, and I didn't want it to be in Chicago! I've been there a billion times! I wanted it to be somewhere exotic, and guess what? My dream came true! Brazil! How amazing is that? Oh wow, I just looking at the time and it's almost 10:00. Gotta go to bed! Thanks for reading!
